Tomato benefits

Tomato (Licopersicum esculentum) is a fruit but sometimes classified as vegetable. It has high nutrient, vitamins, and minerals.

According to the researches, the tomatoes have some benefits to our body, such us:

1. Tomatoes content of vitamins A, B1, C, and fitonutrient. Caused of that, the tomatoes could recovery bloody gum, myopia, blood agglomeration, appendix disease, prostate and breast cancer.

2. Tomatoes rich of anti ocsidant. It has licopen (red color of tomato) which use by our body as anti ocsidant and decrease the risk of cancer. Chlorgenat in tomato effective to against the Nitrosamin as the main cause of cancer. More over it has tomatin nutrient, which decrease and reduce our cold when we have a fever.
